En nuestro centro aprenderás a movilizar todo tu cuerpo de forma segura, con entrenamientos funcionales. Estos estarán adaptados acorde a tus capacidades y experiencia con el deporte.
Siempre que vengas serás atendido por un profesional que te guiará en tu sesión y aconsejara en como ejecutar cada movimiento.
Movimientos como: cargar peso, saltar un obstáculo, sostener tu cuerpo… son funciones básicas que pondrás a prueba y serán tus objetivos a alcanzar.
